The Challenge

Supporting growth with clarity

With over 30 years in the healthcare industry, our client needed a brand positioning strategy that would keep pace with its expansion.

The challenge was to align the brand’s external perception with its established technical excellence in skincare, moving beyond a conservative communication strategy that no longer reflected its capacity for innovation.

The Central Question

What does strategic positioning need to sustain growth?

The Approach

Research and Collaboration

We examined the brand’s ecosystem through 30 in-depth interviews and quantitative research involving more than 100 people. Our analysis revealed that the “bottleneck” was structural: management processes and an outdated communication culture were hindering the perception of value.

Results

From Strategy to Practice

We transformed the complexity of the diagnosis into clear guidelines. Our research served as the foundation for the action plan implemented by the Marketing and Design teams, ensuring that every deliverable was aligned with the business’s new strategic vision.

→ Positioning and Identity: Based on the research, the value proposition was redefined to achieve greater clarity and consistency. The new positioning guided the visual identity and packaging design with technical precision.
→ Internal Alignment: Management and communication strategies were revised, strengthening the organizational culture and clearly defining each employee’s role in this new phase.
→ Impact: Three years after implementation, the brand rose from 4th to 2nd place in the retail market, solidifying its technical authority in the skincare segment.
